- Footings 48" deep by 12" in diameter for open decks
- Footings 48" deep by 12" in diameter with spread footing for decks with roof above
- Crawl space foundation with 10" x 20" footings & 10" x 48" walls
- Full foundation with 10"x 20" footings & 10" x 8' walls
Silverio can handle removal of excess fill and/or bring in additional fill where needed.

Foundations poured year round (providing favorable excavation conditions) using winter concrete mix.
- Crawl space foundations with 10" x 20" footings with 10" x 48" walls
- Full foundations with 10" x 20" footings & 10" x 8" walls
- Deck footings 48" deep x 12" diameter sonar tubes and/or spread footings for decks with roofs
- Concrete slab flooring with crushed stone & wire mesh reinforcement
