Dear Jack, Kathy and Donna…

After much contemplation, getting quotes and advice from three painting companies and talking with my children, I will be unable to put in the Harvey Majesty windows that I love. The cost is prohibitive for me as I am on a fixed income and would need to take an equity line of credit which at this stage of my life does not seem to make sense.

I wanted to be sure you knew how much Bob Vila and I appreciate the work you and your crew did on my house and on the show. The Harvey windows you replaced are of course serving us quite well, even in the harsh weather this winter has provided. We are very glad to recommend Silverio Construction, as home owners in North Reading and customers of Silverio.

We have had Silverio Construction for several projects in the past 2 years. One involved rebuilding and remodeling work both inside and outside the house- replacing doors,widening doorways, rebuilding floors renovating a patio, etc. For that project, Silverio consulted with us very patiently,taking the time to understand our needs and discussing the details with us including a number of different options for redesign, choice of materials,etc.

The second project involved repair and restoration of exterior walls. We have an old house and some work had been done years ago that resulted in rotten sills and other problems. Silverio examined the problem, recommended solutions and then came through perfectly to restore the house and make it better than new.

In both cases,also,it’s worth mentioning that the work was done on budget or under-budget and the job was completed even earlier than promised. It’s a rare contractor who can do all these things- not only on time but finishing early. We also felt that the work was done with real craftsmanship in both the exterior and the interior construction work.

So we have no hesitation in recommending Silverio for any project, large or small, interior or exterior. Our friends and neighbors recommended Silverio to us and we would certainly recommend Silverio to anyone else with a construction or renovation project.

I would like to publicly thank Silverio Construction of Reading for their superb job and craftsmanship in building an addition onto my home in Reading.

When considering a project such as ours, I am glad I chose Silverio Construction. Upon meeting Jack, I could see he had the ideas and expertise necessary to complete the task.

After many discussions regarding our goals, Jack and his crew came up with plans we wanted and they put into gear with patience, artistry, expertise, quality and attention to detail.

As I was adding on more room for my day care, they were up on all the regulations necessary for the safety of the children. His choice of subcontractors was exceptional. I never doubted his decisions and indeed they took a lot of with this large a project.
